Ordered food online and never showed. Called several times with no response. How do I get my money back?

Ordered and paid online for food to be delivered but it never showed up. An hour and a half later, after several attempts to call the restaurant, I drove by the location and saw that it was closed. There is no information online about the closure and my money was still taken even though I never received my order. How do I go about getting a refund?
